June was a busy and beautiful month—a time when music seemed to be everywhere. From local stages to world music festivals and intimate concert halls, it felt like the rhythm of life picked up in the best possible way. I had the chance to attend and write about some truly moving performances, and it was a joy to share those experiences with you.
This month also marked a special milestone: the 3rd anniversary of Vintage Cafe. I’m deeply grateful to each and every one of you who has taken the time to read, comment, share, or subscribe. Your support keeps this space alive. To mark the occasion, I offered a discount on yearly subscriptions, and it was heartwarming to see many of you take that step—thank you, and welcome to all the new subscribers.
As you’re reading this, I’m probably already on the road to Zagreb, where I’ll be setting up a photo exhibition. July will be a bit quieter around here. After months of writing and publishing almost non-stop, I’ll be slowing down for a little while. A short pause, just enough to catch my breath and return with fresh energy. This doesn’t mean the newsletters and articles will stop during July—just that there will be fewer of them for a little while.
Thanks for being part of this journey. Here's what resonated most with you this past month:

Interview with Nitai Hershkovitz: I Like to Be Surprised by the Music
Welcome to Vintage Cafe. This is my little corner for sharing the music, books, films, art, travel, and stories I love. Each post is written with care, like a note to a friend. Think of it as chatting over coffee: no fuss, just things that caught my ear or eye, or made me smile.
